# Фильтр в отчете о доступе

Фильтр в разделе **Отчет о доступе** позволяет находить конкретные события доступа по заданным параметрам, таким как дата, владелец, подтип события, считыватель и номер пропуска.Для нахождения определенного события доступа укажите:

* **Дата и время**: Диапазон (например, 01.07.2025–23.07.2025) или [относительное время](/passoffice/passoffice-guide/operator-guide-doc/reports-request-filter/filtr-po-otnositelnomu-vremeni.md) (например, «Последние 7 дней»).
* **Владелец пропуска**: ФИО (например, «Иванов И.И.»).
* **Подтип события**: Выберите один из вариантов:
  * **Проход без заявки**: проход зарегистрирован без связанной заявки.
  * **Проход по несогласованной заявке**: проход по заявке, не получившей согласования.
  * **Проход по аннулированной заявке**: проход по заявке, которая была аннулирована.
  * **Проход по отказанной в согласовании заявке**: проход по заявке, отклоненной при согласовании.
* **Считыватель**: Выберите считыватель из выпадающего списка.
* **Номер пропуска:** Номер карты (например, «1234567890»).
* Нажмите **Применить**.
