# Публичные приглашения

Публичные приглашения позволяют операторам создавать ссылки, по которым приглашаемый может самостоятельно внести данные для заявки без авторизации в «Бюро пропусков».

**Настройка публичных приглашений**:

1. Перейдите в «Администрирование / Корень системы».
2. Заполните поле **Адрес бюро пропусков** — адрес для отправки приглашений.
3. При необходимости на вкладке «Безопасность» активируйте **reCAPTCHA v3**.

**Создание публичного приглашения**:

1. Перейдите в «Бюро пропусков / Приглашения» и нажмите **«Добавить»**.
2. Заполните поля:
   * **Название**.
   * **Группы доступа**.
   * **Площадки** (если поддержка включена в лицензии).
   * **Ограничить количество использований**: Укажите максимальное количество заявок, которые можно создать по этому приглашению. Отображается текущее количество использований.
   * **Активность**: Укажите, активно ли приглашение.
3. На вкладке **«Данные посетителя»**:
   * Укажите **категорию посетителя**.

**Особенности**:

* В отличие от обычных приглашений, публичные приглашения не имеют срока действия.
* Безопасность обеспечивается через настройку reCAPTCHA v3 (при необходимости).
