# Терминал саморегистрации

**Стойка самостоятельной регистрации PassOffice Terminal**

Используется для быстрой автоматической выдачи гостевого пропуска без участия сотрудников ресепшен.

Сотрудник оформляет заявку на гостевой пропуск в удобном web-приложении.

Заявка автоматически попадает на согласование к указанным лицам. Как только пропуск будет согласован, приглашающий сотрудник и гость получат уведомления на смартфон.

Когда гость приходит в офис, его пропуск уже подготовлен, достаточно лишь подтвердить личность. Для более быстрой идентификации гость может воспользоваться терминалом саморегистрации со встроенным сканером документов и получить пропуск любым удобным для него способом (по лицу, по паспорту, по QR-коду или PIN-коду).

В момент выдачи пропуска пригласивший гостя сотрудник получит уведомление.
