# Групповое редактирование профилей операторов

* Перейдите в «Администрирование - Профили операторов»
* На шаге[ группового редактирования](/passoffice/passoffice-guide/admin-guide-doc/operacii-s-obektami/group-editing.md) - настройка параметров в открывшемся окне доступны вкладки:

  * **Задать настройки** - выберите существующую или создайте новую **настройку оператора**.
  * **Задать внешний вид** - выберите существующую или создайте новую **настройку внешнего вида** оператора.
  * **Задать группы операторов** - выберите нужные группы из выпадающего списка.
  * **Задать роли** - отметьте необходимые роли.
  * **Задать аудит** - укажите события аудита (например, «Создание объекта», «Изменение объекта» и т.д.) и статусы: **«Успех»**, **«Неудача»** или оба.
  * **Задать каналы уведомлений** - выберите нужные каналы (e-mail, Telegram, SMS и др.).

  После выбора параметров нажмите **«Сохранить»** — изменения сразу вступят в силу для всех выбранных профилей операторов.
