# Архивные заявки

В отчете отображаются архивные заявки, которые были перенесены в архив или аннулированы.

**Действия в выпадающем списке**:

* **Копировать заявку**: Копируются все поля, даты активации и деактивации задаются по настройкам (доступно при праве «Подача заявок»).
* **Удаление**: Доступно операторам с ролью «Администрирование».
* **Печать**: Печать заявки.
* **Скопировать в буфер обмена**: Копируются данные заявки.

**Формирование отчетов**: Доступно создание [отчетов](/passoffice/passoffice-guide/admin-guide-doc/manual/organizations/sozdanie-otcheta.md) в форматах PDF, Excel или CSV.

**Поиск**: В строке быстрого поиска заявки находятся по:

* Фамилии посетителя.
* Статусу.
* ID.
* Фамилии приглашающего или встречающего.
* Площадке.
