# Конфигурирование подсказок

Для полей в заявке и посетителях через правила доступно задание подсказок.

Рассмотрим пример подсказок для поля «Согласующие» в заявке:

1. В [Шаблоне редакторов](/passoffice/passoffice-guide/admin-guide-doc/konfigurirovanie/editor-templates.md) перейдите на вкладку «Заявки» и создайте следующее правило:

2. С помощью json файла указажите какие поля отображать в подсказке и в каком виде. На рисунках ниже сконфигурирована подсказка вида: Фамилия И. (Логин)

Импортируйте созданный шаблон в правило и сохраните.

При создании заявки в поле Согласующие выпадающий список будет с подсказками.

Таким же образом можно сконфигурировать подсказки для полей: Посетитель, Группы доступа, Встречающий и тд.
