# Дополнительные поля

#### **Настройка дополнительных полей для посетителей и заявок**

**1. Типы дополнительных полей**

В системе доступны следующие группы дополнительных полей:

| **Тип полей**              | **Количество** | **Применение**                    | **Примеры значений**           |
| -------------------------- | -------------- | --------------------------------- | ------------------------------ |
| **Для посетителей**        | 10             | Хранение доп. информации о гостях | Гражданство, соц. статус       |
| **Для заявок**             | 10             | Доп. данные по заявкам            | Цель визита, номер договора    |
| **Справочники для заявок** | 10             | Выпадающие списки с вариантами    | Тип мероприятия, подразделение |
| **Логические для заявок**  | 10             | Да/Нет переключатели              | Необходимость пропуска на авто |

**2. Как настроить поля**

**Шаг 1.** Перейдите в раздел:\
`Корень системы → Дополнительные поля`

**Шаг 2.** Для каждого типа полей:

1. Нажмите "Добавить" и в выпадающем списке выберите необходимое поле и сохраните
2. При необходимости переименуйте поле.
