# Оповещение о прибытии посетителя

Данное уведомление поступает, когда оператор в заявке нажимает на иконку "Оповещение о прибытии". Заявка при этом должна быть в статусе *Согласована*.

Уведомление отправляется по почте, sms, telegram, push-уведомлениям и mattermost.
