# Вкладка «Дополнительные»

**Поля для заполнения**:

* **Организация**: Выберите организацию из выпадающего списка.
  * Если в настройках пользователя указана организация, она задаётся по умолчанию.
* **Согласующие**: Выберите согласующего оператора из выпадающего списка.
  * Если в настройках оператора включено «Делать руководителя подразделения согласующим», система автоматически найдёт оператора с правом согласования и ролью руководителя подразделения.
  * Если оператор не найден, появится предупреждение.
  * Если согласование не требуется, после нажатия «В обработку» заявка перейдёт в статус «Согласованные» с отметкой «Разрешено».
  * Поле может быть задано по умолчанию и скрыто.
* **Дополнительная информация**: Укажите при необходимости.
* **Файл**: Нажмите «Добавить», в открывшемся окне прикрепите файл.
