# Вкладка «Материальные ценности»

**Материальные ценности** — это оформление заявки с указанием перечня вещей на внос и/или вынос, а также последующее подтверждение этого списка оператором в дежурном режиме.

На вкладке укажите, является ли это материальная ценность **на внос** или **на вынос**. Далее нажмите **«Добавить»** и в открывшемся окне **«Основные»** укажите:

* **Наименование**
* **Модель**
* **Серийный номер**
* **Количество**
* **Единицы измерения** — выберите из выпадающего списка.

При вводе наименования появится выпадающий список с уже существующими ценностями.\
При выборе существующей ценности автоматически подставятся: наименование, модель, серийный номер и единицы измерения.

В дальнейшем оператор с ролью **«Дежурный режим»** или **«Выдача пропусков»** сможет подтвердить списки материальных ценностей:

* выберет нужные пункты чек-боксами
* нажмёт кнопку **«Подтвердить список на внос»** или **«Подтвердить список на вынос»**

После этого в [Аудите](/passoffice/passoffice-guide/admin-guide-doc/all-reports/reports-audit.md) появится соответствующее событие, например: *«Подтверждение списка материальных ценностей: Оператор подтвердил список материальных ценностей на внос по заявке с ID 772».*
